How to use "Evites"
(email invitations)

In addition to mailed or delivered invitations, you can also send these stunning email invites!  And you can set up a e-show to go along with the your show, so some people could place their orders online to count toward this show.
 
To use email invites:
Go to the company website: www.UBAH.com/consultants
log in
in the upper right, click MY ORDER PRO
along the left, click EVENT MANAGER
along the left, click CREATE NEW
there you an enter the information about your show
 
You can enter the names and email addresses of the guests and the hostesses information. You can include yourself in the guest list so you receive a copy of the evite, also!  It will automatically send to invitees 10 or 14 days before the event, or immediately that very evening if less than 10 days.  The hostess should also be able to receive email updates of who responds, if her email address was included within the data for event manager. 
 

The Event Manager also automatically sets up an Eshow along with the Evite if you have checked yes to include an Eshow.  This will include the special eshow link on each invitation so guests can preview the books on the website.  Also, if they can't attend or are long distance, they can order online and the books will be shipped directly to their homes.  If they are local, they might want to call the hostess with their order, so they don't have to pay additional shipping.

Evites are best used IN ADDITION to the regular mailed or delivered invitations and phone calls.  You need OrderPro Online to have access to using Event Manager.  E-shows can be set up if you have a company website.
