In addition to Commission, Sales Bonus and Recruiting Bonus (Click here for details), as a UBAH Supervisor you will also earn OVERRIDES. OVERRIDES... Central Group - 11% override for central group on all Home Shows, Direct Sales and School & Library sales, including your own. 5.5% override on Book Fair sales. This includes all your personal recruits and their recruits and so on. 1st Level Breakaway groups - 7% override on all Home Shows, Direct Sales and School & Library sales. 3.5% override on Book Fair sales. When someone in your central group promotes to Supervisor, then they and their entire downline are now a first level breakaway. You can have an unlimited number of first level groups. 2nd Level Breakaway groups - 5% override on all Home Shows, Direct Sales and School & Library sales. 2.5% override on Book Fair sales. When someone in your first level breakaway promotes to Supervisor, then they and their entire downline are now a second level breakaway. You can have an unlimited number of second level groups. 3rd Level Breakaway groups - If you have at least 3 first level supervisors, then you are an executive supervisor and are eligible for override on your 3rd level groups during any month that your total group sells $25,000 net 1% override on all Home Shows, Direct Sales and School & Library sales. .5% override on Book Fair sales. When someone in your second level breakaway promotes to Supervisor, then they and their entire downline are now a third level breakaway. You can have an unlimited number of third level groups.
The minimums to maintain Supervisor status are very small. I recommend that even as a new supervisor you reach for these levels each month, with which you will be building a nice group and will have no problem meeting your minimums each quarter. To maintain your Supervisor status there are three requirements: 1) Each calendar quarter you have at least $700 net personal sales combined during the three months. 2) Each calendar quarter your central group needs at least one month with at least $2000 net central group sales. Your personal sales are included in your central group totals always. 3) Each two quarters (January - June and July - December) you need two personal recruits with at least $700 in combined net sales from your new personal recruits during the same six month period.
